Pontefract Civic Society present this warm up event for Pontefract’s famous Liquorice Festival with fun for all the family. This FREE event takes place in Pontefract town centre on the Saturday. Lots of fun including Dog Shows, Children’s rides, Thomas the Tank Engine, Face painting, Stage Entertainment, Food Stalls, STAR WARS and character costume parade and lots more.

This event is being run by volunteers from Pontefract Civic Society, a charity, with the permission and partnership of Wakefield Council
